So when a major appliance needs repairs – or even replacement – the expense is usually unavoidable.

If a covered appliance needs repair, just let us know, and we’ll assign a qualified repair technician to help. And if your technician determines that the problem can’t be repaired, we’ll help you pay for a replacement.

Pick the plans that fit your household

Maybe you recently replaced your kitchen appliances, or your washer and dryer, and they're still under warranty. Why pay for coverage you don't need? You can choose to cover only your laundry room appliances, or just your kitchen essentials.

Kitchen Repair PLUS or Laundry Repair PLUS

Our kitchen plan covers one each of the following: a range or oven/cooktop, refrigerator with built-in ice maker, dishwasher, and built-in microwave.

The laundry plan covers one washing machine and one clothes dryer.

You can rely on each plan for:

  •  Up to $500 in coverage per repair visit*
  •  Up to $2,000 in coverage annually*
  •  $500 credit toward replacement if appliance cannot be repaired**
  •  No service call charges or deductibles
  •  No age limits on appliances

Today’s major kitchen and laundry appliances are designed to be relatively low-maintenance, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t vulnerable to breakdowns. You never know when you’ll find your oven not working, your dryer not heating up or standing water at the bottom of the dishwasher. *Repair claims are limited to $500 per service call and $2,000 per plan in the aggregate per plan term. Plans are provided by NRG Protects Inc. Independent contractors will be performing various services under the plan. In some instances we may make a cash payment in lieu of repairs or replacement in the amount of actual cost, which may be less than retail, to repair or replace any covered system, component, or appliance.

**If your authorized repair technician determines that the covered appliance is deemed irreparable, we will give you a credit of $500 towards a replacement appliance by your authorized repair technician.

Once the plan commences, there is a 30-day waiting period before you may request services for a claim.

Unless the plan provider elects not to renew the plan, upon expiration of the first year, the plan will automatically renew at the standard rate and terms unless you opt out of the auto-renewal option in writing by mail at P.O.
